If you wish to cancel a scheduled astrology service, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Omega Astro:

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you at the earliest possible time and provide you with an option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We take pride in offering high-quality astrology services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.

Technical Issues:

If the service is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled session, based on your preference.

Non-Delivery of Service:

In the rare instance where we are unable to deliver the requested astrology service, you will receive a full refund.

Provide relevant details such as your name, order number, date of service, and the reason for your refund request.

Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


No refunds will be provided for services that have been partially or fully utilized.

Refunds will not be granted for services that were canceled by the customer less than 24 hours before the appointment.
